Policies

Please read the following carefully and be sure to ask questions before you choose us as your contractor.

Estimated cost of materials and commute to and from the job site are required UP FRONT before work begins. We are a small local business and this ensures that we can complete the job in a timely manner (barring unforeseen issues or setbacks).

We can tear out existing plumbing to your sink and faucet but Texas law prohibits us from reconnecting any of the plumbing including drains and water lines. Reconnection must be done by a licensed plumber.

We are unable to reconnect any gas or electrical connections to your stove or oven. Texas law prohibits us. This must be done by a licensed electrician.

We do not work in areas that are unsanitary. This includes areas soiled by animal urine and feces. This is for health & safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

You must be the home or business owner/manager in order for us to do work for you. We need to be sure that you have the legal right to make the changes or improvements you request.
